The brothers won the EKU Co-Rec Ultimate Frisbee Championship as a part of Greek Swag (final score 8-6), and also won the EKU Men’s Ultimate Frisbee Championship (final score 9-6)!!! We’ve been missing from the website for a bit, but we are back and are dedicated to making this website awesome! That being said… A lot has happened in the last 6 months… Here’s a run down (in reverse order):

- Brother Eli Manning (Mississippi) led the NY Giants to another Super Bowl this year!!! Our brother Joe Katzman was lucky enough to attend the game in Indianapolis! Joe is from NY originally, and really enjoyed getting to watch Eli take down the Pats!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

- In December, Theta Theta Chapter Initiated their 500th member!!! Congratulations to all of Theta Theta’s Brothers, new and old.

- Brothers Tyler Nutter and Jamie Smith completed the Louisville Half Marathon this past November! Congratz guys!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

- Theta Theta chapter won AOPi’s Lip Sync competition for the 5th year in a row!!! Congratulations to everyone who participated, and a special thanks to Joey Conrad, Steven Hogue, Phil Migyanko, and Terry Masden for overseeing the performance!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

- Theta Theta had a wonderful turnout at EKU’s Homecoming in October! It was a great time! The active and alumni chapter got to spend some great time together, and we can’t wait for next year!!!

- Theta Theta’s annual philanthropy Jail’n'Bail and Jail Bird Pageant made a whopping $4000!!! Congratulations to our brothers and to our newest Jail Bird, Breah Abney!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

- The brother’s of Theta Theta chapter won the Greek Intermural Volleyball Championship!!! This is the second time in the last 5 years that Theta Theta has won the Volleyball championship!!! Congratulations and keep up the good work!

AND those are (some of) the major headlines from the past 6 months. Theta Theta chapter had a great Fall 2011 semester, and are going to carry that momentum into the Spring of 2012. It’s possible we missed a few things up above; it would take a long time to list EVERYTHING that Theta Theta did this past semester. But stay tuned and we will keep you up to date with what’s going on this semester!!!
